What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Build rapport and understand each customer's vehicle needs
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Guide customers through financing options and required paperwork
- Follow up with prospects to maintain relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain product knowledge on models, features, and incentives
- Achieve sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
