Opportunity and position information: We now have a great opportunity for Service Porter.
- 5 day work week (7:30am-5:00pm)
- NO Saturdays or Sundays
The Service Porter is responsible for moving, parking, and preparing customer vehicles in the service department, ensuring vehicles are handled safely and presented cleanly. This role assists Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers while keeping the service area efficient, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously when they arrive for service and assist with drop off and pick up
- Tag vehicles with service information and record necessary details
- Move and park customer vehicles to designated service stalls, Technician bays or parking areas as directed by the Service Advisors
- Retrieve completed vehicles from service bays and bring them to the customer pick up area.
- Maintain the service drive, parking lot, and surrounding areas by keeping them neat, organized, and free of debris
- Assist with shuttle services or errands if required
YOU MUST:
- Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, and handle light cleaning tasks
