Opportunity and position information: We are a busy automotive repair shop looking for a Service Adviser to add to the team. No experience is necessary; we are willing and able to train the right individual.  

Job Description:
* Understanding customer concerns
* Estimating needed repairs or maintenance
* Communicating needed repairs to the customer
* Good computer skills, working with several different programs
* Problem solving skills
* Ordering parts
* Scheduling Appointments for multiple technicians
* Selling work profitably and in abundance

Qualifications:
* Must love working with people and resolving their concerns
* Lead a team
* Excellent Communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Basic knowledge of automotive systems and controls
* Comfortable in a fast paced sales environment
* Team player
* Able to oversee Techs and manage work distribution
