Who are you? You’re an "A" or very good production "B" level Technicians with at least 5 years experience and valid driver's license. You’re driven to be the best Tech anywhere. When it comes to electrical diagnosis and repairs, you’re extremely confident that you can handle whatever rolls through the door. You are comfortable using aftermarket or dealer scan tools. If you aren't familiar with a particular system or circuit, you’re able to quickly learn, understand and adapt. You’re meticulous in your work making sure every harness is where it belongs, and every bolt is installed. You have a positive can-do attitude. When people come to you for help, you're happy to assist! You’re as passionate and protective of your free time and family as you are about being the best. You believe in a work-life balance so that you can create amazing memories with your loved ones. You want to work with someone that values not only your skills but you as a human being.
Who am I? My name is Candice Beuttenmuller, along with my husband Jesse, I own TJ’s Alignment and Repair, The Best Darn Shop in Town. I’ve seen technicians working for a shop that didn’t know who they were, didn’t provide training but still expected you to fix the current technology, and all the shop cared about was billing hours. Position information:
- An hourly compensation plan with bonuses that allows stability and a potential of $72,800 annually
- 10 days paid time off after 90 days
