Opportunity and position information: Service Manager needed!
Rare opportunity for a Service Manager position at a family-owned dealership group in Hawaii. The position will oversee and manage the operations of King Auto Center Service Department on Kauai. This position is responsible for maximizing return on investment, profit and loss, daily operation, planning, development, compliance, and implementation of marketing plans for both short-term and long-term growth.
- Minimum 2 years of dealership experience as an Automotive Service Manager or related experience
- Manage all aspects of customer satisfaction, including sales, inventory management, training and performance improvement
- Maintain accurate records for each repair performed by the service department
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- ADP/CDK experience preferred
- Strong financial understanding of service operations, financial statements and warranty procedures
- Computer proficient,Valid driver's license, customer focused
- Able to recruit, coach lead and motivate your service team of 25 plus employees to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
- High School graduate with college degree or equivalent preferred
