Collision Veterans, LLC, a rapidly growing collision repair company serving North and South Carolina, is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager for our Asheville, NC location.

We are committed to providing every customer with an exceptional repair experience, and we're looking for a leader who shares that commitment. This is a hands-on management position for someone who leads by example, enjoys working alongside their team, and isn't afraid to step in wherever needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the collision repair industry and possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Previous management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates the drive, integrity, and leadership potential to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a busy collision repair facility
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor production, cycle time, profitability, and overall shop performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Collision repair industry experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to be actively involved in all aspects of shop operations
